Petite Pinch Valves ( Direct Loaded ) : SUGGESTED SPECIFICATIONS

The Petit Pinch Valve shall be of the fully enclosed body, direct loaded pressure jacket type.
Actuation pressure may be pneumatic or hydraulic.

The Valve Body and end caps shall be either bolted and sealed or threaded male / female and sealed and have either NPT pipe connections at either end or be quick connect end style for rapid removal which may be required for frequent inspection and cleaning as determined by the process requirements.
The Valve Body and end caps may be carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel or plastic as determined by customer preference.

The Body shall be provided with one female pipe fitting port for use as a pressure connection.

The Petite Pinch Valve Sleeve is press molded using a variety of elastomers and will fit into valve cavity. The Sleeve port shall be circular and match the pipe diameter providing 100% flow area. Elastomer selection and design pressure will be determined by the service conditions.

The Pinch Valve manufacturer must maintain a Registered Quality Assurance Program which meets the requirements of ISO 9001.

The Pinch Valves shall be manufactured by Elasto-Valve Rubber Products Inc. located in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
