Flanged Series Check Valve – Series CPF
The Series CPF Flanged Check Valve is designed to be efficient, quiet and tough. It requires no external power sources, thereby reducing operating costs. The simple design means there are no moving mechanical parts to break down or jam, reducing maintenance costs.
Manufactured with a streamlined, self-cleaning arch, EVR’s SJ-205 is designed to absorb vibration and eliminate buildup of suspended materials in the system flow. The SJ-205 expansion joint achieves considerable flexibility – rivalling standard multi-arch designs – with a single arch.
Manual Pinch Valve – Series 1000
The Series 1000 Pinch Valve features a simple, proven and cost-effective design. Virtually maintenance-free, the sleeve is the valve’s only wetted part, eliminating possible contamination of the process materials.
Duct Connectors – Series DF/DB
Flue duct connectors are designed to absorb thermal movements and vibrations in industrial duct work. They are designed to handle hot corrosive gases found in industrial ducting systems and eliminate vibration cause by equipment such as fans, scrubbers, and mechanical dust collectors.
The SJ-21 is the industry standard spool-type expansion joint. The SJ-21 is available in configurations from zero to four arches – depending on movement requirements – and 3 standard pressure ratings in a variety of elastomers.
High Pressure Manual Pinch Valve – Series 1100
The Series 1100 Pinch Valve has been designed to provide a high pressure alternative to the Series 1000 Valve. Virtually maintenance-free, the sleeve is the valve’s only wetted part, eliminating possible contamination of the process materials.
Slip-On Series Check Valve – Series CPO
The Series CPO Slip-On Check Valve is designed to be efficient, quiet and tough. It requires no external power sources, thereby reducing operation costs. The valve’s simple design means there are no moving mechanical parts to break down or jam, reducing maintenance costs.
Duct Connectors – Series DF-60
Available in round or rectangular configurations, the DF-60 is designed for use in duct systems where pressure, abrasion and mechanical movement preclude the use of conventional ducting connectors.
The SJ-221 expansion joint features a unique arch design which provides greater movement capabilities without increasing face-to-face requirements. The single arch SJ-221 provides the same movement capabilities as a traditional double arch design, while the double arch SJ-222 is equivalent to a quadruple arch product.
Control Valve – Series 1200
The Series 1200 Pinch Valve features a simple, lightweight, open-frame design which allows for easy visual verification of sleeve position. Available in double-acting, fail-open or fail-closed configurations, the Series 1200 can be fitted with pneumatic or electric actuators and pneumatic or electropneumatic position controllers.
Jacket Series Check Valve – Series CPJ
The Series CPJ Jacket Check Valve is designed to be efficient, quiet and tough. It requires no external power sources, thereby reducing operation costs. The valve’s simple design means there are no moving mechanical parts to break down or jam, reducing maintenance costs.
The PC-35 Pump Connectors are designed specifically to reduce and isolate noise and vibration from pumps and other operating equipment. Available with working pressures up to 300 psi, and all types of elastomers including Teflon lining, these connectors are widely used in various industries from mining to food processing.
Series MJ-60 – Double-Width Arch
A low cost, double-width arch, externally reinforced, moulded butyl expansion joint with twice the movement capability of standard expansion joints. This expansion joint is commonly used in pulp and paper applications, as well as water and waste treatment.
Enclosed Body Pinch Valve – Series 2000
The Series 2000 Pinch Valve is a completely enclosed, manually operated valve. Its reliable, maintenance-free design is perfectly suited for tough slurries, abrasives, and corrosive chemical applications.
In-Line Flanged Series Check Valve – Series CPI
The In-Line Flanged Series Check Valve – Series CPI is designed to be efficient, quiet and tough. It requires no external power sources, thereby reducing operation costs. The valve’s simple design means there are no moving mechanical parts to break down or jam reducing maintenance costs.
Flow process machinery can generate considerable vibration that equates to excessive stress loads on adjacent equipment. In process systems with corrosive or caustic materials, conventional expansion joints materials may not be suitable.
Enclosed Body Control Valve – Series 2400
The Enclosed Body Control Valve – Series 2400 is a completely enclosed, actuated control valve. Its reliable, maintenance-free design is perfectly suited for tough slurries, abrasives, and corrosive chemical applications
In-line Check Valve – Series CPI-IN
Designed to be mounted inside a pipe, the CPI-IN Check Valve easily handles corrosive or abrasive materials such as raw sewage, sludge or slurries. Their flexible design allows solids to pass through unhindered and can even surround solids trapped in the valve.
Pinch Valve – Series AJ
The Series AJ Pinch Valve features a simple, cost-effective design, perfect for dealing with problematic abrasive materials. The valve’s split body is designed to allow quick and easy sleeve replacement and is available in a variety of materials.
Concentric and Eccentric Joints – Series CJ-31 and EJ-41
For situations where piping diameters of different sizes must be connected, EVR’s Concentric and Eccentric Joints – Series CJ-31 and EJ-41 are the answer. Manufactured to the stringent standards of EVR’s product lines, these units can be engineered for specific material situations and offer all of the advantages of EVR’s other expansion joints.
